By becoming a regional Master Franchisee with Card Group, you'll operate your business within a fully developed Business Format Franchise System. The Master Franchisee in Switzerland will provide you with training, an operations manual, intellectual property rights, expertise, start-up assistance, and ongoing support. You'll have access to a unique “We are Different” concept for products and services tailored to stores. Our products are designed to sell themselves, complemented by the industry's broadest range of display units that work around the clock. Lead a thriving business model by offering consignment products to stores, ensuring no risk for them since they only pay for what they sell. This approach maximizes profits for both you and the stores.

Your Role as a Local Franchisee:

Store Partnerships: Become the primary supplier of a complete range of greeting cards, gift, and party products for stores. You and your team will present stores with Card Group's “Gift Boutique” display concept.

Your profile:

You have strong sales and/or senior management working experience.
You have or previously had experience in positions such as CEO, Managing director, Sales director, Sales Manager, Head of Retail, Business Development manager, General Manager etc.
You enjoy the world of retail.
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the passion and drive to succeed.
You have a desire to run your own business and you are results driven.
No previous experience within franchising or the greeting cards sector is needed as we provide all the training and support needed.

What You Need as a Local Franchisee:

Initial Investment: Franchisee fee starts from CHF 15 000 (depending on the territory). Working Capital: Estimated amount of CHF 20 000 - 30 000 (this includes Franchise fee). The working capital estimate is subject to the initial startup and rollout capabilities thereafter. The company language is English so the successful applicant must be able to read, write and speak reasonable English.
